No smiling? I don’t want no-smiling people sitting in front of me. They must go to the barn  or they are going to smile by force.

Look at `Y’ (a murid of Sheykh Efendi who is physically handicapped since birth). He is so happy. He is smiling. Never you see him sad. Huh? Look. You’re right. Because you have everything complete. That’s why you are sad. As Sheykh Mevlana is saying, `You are right. It’s because you have been created as man and not donkey. That’s why you are sad.’
Astaghfirullah al-Azim wa atubu ilaih.

Look at you. You are so upset all the time. Your faces are down. But never anything is happening.

What is it that’s making you so sad? The guarantee for tomorrow morning, huh? That’s why you are so sad? You are forgetting the Hadith of the Prophet (sws), saying to you, `Pray every prayer as if you are not going to reach to another prayer.’ If you finish your prayer now and up till Fajar if you are thinking sincerely, not just when you’re hearing me then thinking a little bit but all the other times you are forgetting, no. Sincerely if you are thinking, `I may not reach to the morning prayer and Allah doesn’t like people being sad’. Do you think you’re still going to be sad then? You die like that and you go to the Presence like that. And if question is given to you, `O my servant, I gave you everything complete. Why were you not happy?’

Tell me what is bothering you? Is it other than Dunya? If it’s other than Dunya then I know. Definitely. Is that why you are so sad? Meaning, are you so sad that you are not making progress in the way of Allah? Are you so sad that you are not getting up for Tahajjud prayer? Allah, Allah. Heh, you have the right to be sad then.

So, think on it. You are free. But think again. One more time think. Think that you are not a priority. Think. But you can be priority. In Allah’s book you can be priority. Not through
complaining and having problems but through submission and thanking, saying, `You are giving me from this position to this position. I was happy when You gave to me. Should I be sad when You take it away?’ As our Sheykh is saying, `If Allah subhana wa ta’ala gives you the whole world by this morning, the real believer should not get happy for it. Because the real believer is knowing the burden of that. And if He takes it away from your hand by evening time and you have nothing left, the real believer should not be sad because Allah is enough. Hasbinallah wa ni’mal wakeel.

He has given to His Prophet (sws) saying, `You are My Habib. Habibullah’. Knowing all this and? And He made His people to torture him. Did he become sad with Allah? No. He became sad for them, crying for them, saying, `Turn around. Don’t be like this. Turn around. Don’t be doing this. Turn around.’ He was sad for them. They were running and
torturing him and he was saying, `Ya Rabbi, don’t punish them because they don’t know any better.’

What’s the matter? What’s the matter people? Thuuh!

A murid: Someone just drove by right now and screamed, `I love Jesus!’

Sheykh Efendi: Good. We love Jesus too. Say, `MashaAllah, we are together!’ They love Jesus, huh? Which one? The father, the son or the holy ghost?

Sheytan is making people Maskara. 4 billion. Only a handful of them are
thinking real about Jesus. They became a joke to themselves. For the world they
don’t change their minds. Sheytan is saying, `Never. Don’t go away. You are my
best buddies. Through you I am fooling these Muslims too now. You are so
civilized. The first world countries. You have money. They don’t have it. They
are running just like you now. I got them on the hook too. They are so sad day
and night.’

At least these Americans they are not sad. They jump up and down
and they enjoy their lives. The Muslims are sad. Unbelievable. I don’t know
what to think.

Teach Your Children Good Manners

Teach your children good manners

It is a duty, an obligation to everyone who has children, that if they love their children then they must teach them otherwise than what they are learning in the schools because those schools now are teaching completely wrong things to them. And in the houses you must teach them what are the good manners and how to have good manners. The children should not address their own fathers and their own mothers by their names. I am hearing that all the time.

You have to call, “Father” and “Mother,” whatever it is that you are going to call in whichever language. How is it that are you addressing your fathers and your mothers with their own names? That is the beginning of bad manners.

Of course, (they say) it’s a small thing. Small things. Everything starts small. Nothing starts big. There was a man in the old times. He killed someone. He entered to steal and the owner of the house entered, he found him, they started struggling with each other and he killed that man, the owner of the house. So they caught him, they held him, they put him in the prison and they put him to the court. There was death penalty at that time. Now there is no death penalty too. The court said, “He did this because of this and this reason and he should be hanged.” And in the old days, in those times, when a man was going to be hanged, they would ask him, “What is your last wish in this world?” He said, “I know what I did wrong. That’s why I am sitting here in this situation. I am paying the price for that and the price is very big, very great. I am paying the price with my life. I have learned my lesson now but it’s too late. I am going to pay it with my own life. I understood. All these days that I was sitting in the jail, I thought and I understood that it was my fault. But I would like you to bring my mother up here. I have to speak to her about something private before you hang me.”

They said, “Is this the last wish you have?” He said, “Yes.” They said, “Although it doesn’t fit to our rules and laws, but bring his mother.” They started looking around for her and they brought his mother. His hands were tied. Mother was crying, “Oh my son!” He said, “Mother, don’t cry. Please, let me be hanged with peace. Don’t cry.” (Mother said,} “My son, how am I not going to cry?” He said, “No, mother. Please, as my last wish, I would like to kiss your beautiful tongue before they hang me. All these times you were hugging me and you were kissing me and I want to kiss your tongue before they hang me. Mother said, “Is this what you want?” He said, “Yes.” She said, “Take it.” So he said, “Give it more.” He put it in his mouth and he bit it so hard that he cut that tongue out. He cut it. He spat it out. They (the guards) said, “What the heck did you do?”

But it was too late. The King was watching too. He said to them, “Today I am in this place to be hanged. All the things (that I am accused of) I did it and I deserve it. But the beginning was really with that tongue that brought me up here.” They said, “What happened?” He said, “Firstly, I remember the first day when I went and I stole an egg from the neighbor. I was five years old. I didn’t know anything. I just thought that it was some game. I stole it, I came home and I showed it to my mother. My mother looked at it and said, “Oh my son! Where did you find this? You should bring more when you find.” She didn’t ask me from where I took it. She didn’t ask me whether I stole it. She convinced me to find more and to bring more. And because I loved her so much I went searching, sneaking in everywhere trying to bring more everyday to get her approval everyday to say, “I love you more.” That’s what she did to me and slowly I grew up to become a thief and I learned how to steal. I stole a lot of things and she knew that I was stealing. She knew all the while. She knew from the beginning that I stole that egg. She didn’t scream at me and she didn’t punish me.

I continued this way until I reached to that man’s house. And when he entered, I didn’t want to kill him, but I had no choice because he was one of the officials. He was going to bring me in and I was going to be punished. I thought that by killing him I was going to escape. And this brought me up here. This tongue brought one man to be hanged and I don’t want anybody else to come to be hanged through that tongue. That’s why I cut that tongue. She doesn’t need to speak anymore.” They brought that to the King. They said, “Your Majesty, this is what happened, and the man is ready, and he is begging us to hang him.” So the King says, “I am not hanging him. For that reason, put him in jail. He is not going to be hanged.”

So why are we bringing this up? Nothing comes to people’s heads in their lives just like that. If you and I are sitting here everyday, we are 90% far away from troubles, from fighting, from argument or killing each other. If we don’t sit here and we go to a club or a bar every night then it is 90% certain that we are going to end up fighting one night when we are drunk. We don’t know what that fighting is going to bring to us and we don’t know where that fighting is going to bring us.

So it’s the man who does everything to himself. That’s why man is responsible for every action. That’s why man is responsible for his children until they reach to the age of maturity. When they reach to the age of maturity and they are not listening after that, you are not responsible. But until (the children’s) maturity age, the man is responsible. And maturity age in Islam for boys is 16 years old and for girls 13 years old. You will be responsible through those girls until thirteen years of age. After thirteen years old if they do something wrong, in the Judgment Day you are not going to be questioned. They are going to be questioned. For boys you are responsible up to sixteen years of age. For whatever they do, they are going to be questioned and you are going to be questioned on the Judgment Day.

Prophet (sws) in My Dream

Prophet (sws) in my dream

Once upon a time one dervish was going back and forth saying to his Sheykh, “I want to see the Prophet (sws). I cannot see the Prohpet (sws) in my dream.”

“Don’t worry. I will pray for you. You will see it tonight.”

The next day he comes, “I didn’t see it again.”

“Don’t worry. I will pray for you. You will see it tonight.”

Tonight, tonight and finally Sheykh said to him, “Do you know fish that has a lot of salt? Salty fish?”

“Yes.”

“From tomorrow morning you are going to start eating that fish up till nighttime. You are not going to drink any water and you are going to go to sleep. That night you are going to see the Prophet (sws) in your dream. It’s connected to that. To see the Prophet (sws) you must have that fish. Lots of salt in it.”

“Really my Sheikh?”

“Yes, tomorrow. Start early in the morning.” He started. He ate all day long, stopping from time to time saying, “I am going to see the Prophet (sws), I must eat more, I must eat more.” He was so thirsty. Sheykh said to him, “You cannot drink any water.” He went to sleep that night. Next morning he got up very sad coming in front of the Sheykh. “What happened? Did you see the Prophet (sws) in your dream?”

” No Ya Sheykh. What Prophet? All night long I was seeing waters and springs.”

“Huh! You saw a real dream now”, Sheykh said to him. “You did see a dream. The love that you have to that water – because you had so much thirst – now you have love to that water. The love that you have to that water, it made it to come to your dream. That water came to your dream because you didn’t drink it. When that much love you have to the Prophet (sws) then you are going to see the Prophet (sws) in your dream.”

Holy Prophet (asws) is saying that Allah swt says, “I will declare war on those who touch the ones that I love.” The Waliullah. The Friends of Allah.

He (swt) says, “I will declare war on that person.”

If a man sits down and thinks just a little bit, “What is the meaning of Allah’s declaring war on me?”

Uff! Your declaring war to Allah is not the same as Allah’s declaring war on you. A little kid may say to a wrestler, “I am declaring war to you.” The wrestler is not going to take him or his words in counting. A weak man may say, “I am declaring war,” or a weak nation may say, “I am declaring war,” to a great powerful nation. That great powerful nation will say, “I am not taking you in counting. You can say as much you want, I am not moving my finger. You can declare war.” But if that great nation says, “I am declaring war on you,” what’s going to happen to that little one?

This is not even a close example of what we are saying. Allah swt is saying, “Anyone who touches those whom I love, I declare war on them.”

By His declaring war, their lives are crumbling twenty-four hours a day but they are still not understanding. So it’s not too intelligent to touch the ones that Allah loves.

If you don’t know who those are, (Sheykh Efendi pointing to a picture of Mevlana Sheykh Nazim on the wall), there’s one standing over there. He is always smiling; but anyone who touches that one, Allah is declaring war on those people.

If they touch anyone who is holding on tightly to that one, war is still coming to those because he is representing that holy one.

There was a dervish who went to a barber. He took off his turban and said, “Shave my head.” So the barber started putting the soap and shaving the head.

When half was done and the other half still had lots of soap on it, another person came into the barbershop. He looked very strong, a tough and rough guy. He came next to the chair, knocked on the bald head of the dervish saying, “Hey squashhead, get up from here. He has to fix my hair first.”

The barber was a small guy. So he couldn’t fight or say anything. The dervish was also a pretty heavy guy but he was humble. So he looked at him and said, “As you like your majesty.”

He got up and he sat on the other chair, half of his head with soap on it and half of it clean. The other one was wearing nice clothes. It looked like he is a very wealthy one. He was saying, “Cut my hair like this, do this, do that,” and the barber was doing it but he wasn’t liking what he did to the dervish.

After he finished, the big burly man gave the barber the money with pride and he was passing next to the door where the squashhead was sitting and waiting. He came to him, knocking on his bald head again on the side that was shaved, and said, “Squashhead, you are very smart that you got up from that chair. If you would’ve said, ‘I wouldn’t,’ then I would’ve broken this squashhead of yours.”

He said, “Yes, your majesty. I know you would have. I have no business (pending). I am a dervish. I can wait. You must be very busy, rushing, going somewhere. So I gave you the chair.”

That one didn’t understand so much. So he went out, sat on his horse, started going top-speed.  Inside the shop the barber blew up at the dervish saying, “What kind of an idiot are you! He cursed at you first, you got up from your chair, you gave your right to him, then he says this to you and you say, ‘Yes, your majesty?’ You look strong like him but what a coward you are!”

He said, “Nah, I am not rushing. I am not going anywhere. I am a dervish. I am waiting for my time to go out from this world. The man must be rushing.”

The barber said, “What do you mean?”

He said, “I don’t know. We will see.”

While they were talking the horse circled around, came in front of the barbershop again. The man had fallen down from the horse. His feet got locked in the stirrup and the horse dragged him around the whole town; and the head that the barber fixed so nicely is now smashed. He came in front of the barbershop and he got released. It was Divine order. So that one fell right in front of the barbershop.

The barber ran out, everyone ran out and the dervish was sitting nice and comfortable, not looking.

The barber looked and exclaimed, “This is the man that was just here earlier!”

The barber understood, he looked at the dervish and said, “You are something else. You put a curse on him.”

The dervish said, “Don’t get me upset now. I didn’t say anything. I didn’t put any curse on him. But didn’t you see? The Owner of this squashhead didn’t like what that one did to this squashhead. He is the one who punished him, not me. Don’t put the blame on me.”

Be Thankful for the Favors of Allah

Extract from Sohbet given by Sheykh Abdul Kerim Effendi

Allah could’ve just said, “I have created you as man and I have given you intelligence. Every mistake that you do, you get this much punishment and every good thing you do, you get this much reward. It will not change.” But He is changing. He is not changing the rewards but He is changing the punishments. So, the Most Merciful One. We must look. Then He is saying to us, “Do you think that I deserve to be worshipped? Then do.” If you go to a store, you drink one coffee and you don’t pay the bill; just one coffee, don’t pay the bill and look what happens to you. You go through so much trouble. Anything we do in this world we have to pay a price. Allah is not asking price from us. He is saying to us, “Be a thankful servant. I gave you all this. Be thankful to Me.”

If a man tells you now, “Come to my office. My office is in Washington. Everyday you are going to go back and forth from New York, just to come to my office and kiss my hand and I am going to give you a thousand dollars every day.” Which one is not going to do that? If you are saying now, “I am not going to do that”, then you don’t have too much intelligence too. You go out there killing yourself all day long for a hundred dollars and you are not going to go for a thousand just for kissing the man’s hand? So many are just going to say, “Oh, why do I have to kiss that one’s hand?” Eh, you are not kissing but in the whole world any boss says, “Do this”, you are going to do. You have to follow their orders. Don’t fool yourselves. Be sincere with yourselves. We must be sincere with ourselves. That’s what Allah is looking at.

So for instance, just for an example, (no one is doing such a thing anyway for us to think whether we should do it or not,) but if such a thing like that happens then that’s the answer. If any person here says, “No, I am not going to do it”, later he is going to go outside and say, “Where is that place? I should go before anybody else.” (Sheykh Efendi smiles). What does Allah want from us? He is saying to us, “Be thankful servants. Come and just prostrate. Go to Sejdah. And that Sejdah is  good for you also. That Sejdah is also for you, for your health. All these obligations that I am putting on you, they are for you.”

SHEYTAN IS OUR ENEMY

So, First we have to know ourselves and then we have to know our Lord. Once we know our Lord and you are still saying, “No, I won’t make Sejdah”, eh, then you are just like Sheytan. But Sheytan made Sejdah to Allah. Sheytan didn’t leave any place on earth and the paradises where he didn’t make Sejdah. Shah Naksibendi (qaddasallahu sirruh) is saying, “If I would have found one handful of earth in this world where Sheytan did not make Sejdah, I would have saved the whole nation of Muhammad (sws) in that area. But I didn’t find it. Everywhere I am looking, Sheytan made Sejdah there to Allah.” Sheytan didn’t make Sejdah to you, to Adam (alayhi salam). He has been kicked away from the Divine Presence forever. He did not make Sejdah to a man, to Adam (alayhi salam), to our grandfather. He has been kicked away from the Divine Presence. It was not because he wasn’t making Sejdah to Allah. He insisted saying, “No, I make Sejdah to You, not to that one. You just created that one.” And He has been kicked away from the Divine Presence. Then Allah is saying to us, “That Sheytan is your enemy. Be careful. He has lots of tricks. If you give one inch to him, he is going to take you over. Later you are going to fall into his traps and it is very difficult for you to come out. Then My help may not reach to you. That is your enemy. It’s not My enemy. I am the one who has created him. I can destroy him any second too. He is your enemy, running after you and you are still being disobedient to Me running after that one?” That one needs to be punished then.

Auzu billahi min-ash Sheytanir rajim. BismillahirRahmanirRahim

Medet Ya Seyyidi, Sultanul Awliya, Medet.

Let’s renew our faith, saying: Ash-hadu an la-ilaha illallah wa ash-hadu anna muhammadan abduhu wa rasuluhu sallallahu ta’ala wa alihi wa ashabihi wa sallim.

Muslims are taking Islam very lightly these days. Muslims are thinking that they just got it like that and that’s it. Those who were born and those who came after too. I am watching these days. Everyone is choosing something according to their own head and doing that. `We found safety’. MashaAllah. Hmm. Okay. Look at your life. Is it becoming better or worse? Are you getting happier with your Lord or you are complaining? Say that you are not complaining. I can find 1000 reasons for you to show you that you are complaining. When you find 1000 answers, because Sheytan is coming now giving support, I will find another 1000. Yes.

Once upon a time a man went and had a maid. At nighttime he was getting very tired and saying to his maid, `Fix my bed. I am getting tired. I need to sleep’. That maid said to him, `Oh my master, do you have a Lord?’ He said, `Of course. What kind of question is that? Of course I have.’ She said to him, `Does your Lord sleep?’ `What kind of foolish question is this? Of course He doesn’t sleep’. And she said to him, `Well, I’m your maid. If you Lord is not sleeping, how you are sleeping?’

Oh, western too intelligent ones right away will come up with answers. Keep it to yourselves. That shows, one out of many, because I am getting complaints non-stop, `I cannot sleep’. Oh! So that’s a complaint. So leave the computer, get up and pray. You cannot sleep? Why are you sitting in front of the Sheytan box all night long? What are you doing? Are you learning something or are you teaching something? If you say to me that you are learning something through that kind of knowledge at that time of the night, it’s wrong. It’s not accepted. If you are teaching something at that time, that is also wrong. It’s not accepted.

So Islam is a lifestyle. Islam teaches you how to live. Yes, that’s why they are running away from dergahs and tariqats saying, `We cannot do as our ego wants. We have to do as our ego wants’. Then later you are going to sit and give fatwa 24 hours a day preparing fire to yourselves. Welcome to you.

So, let’s renew our faith one more time, saying: As-hadu an la ilaha illallah wa ash hadu anna muhammadan abduhu wa rasuluhu salatu wa sallim.

Now you leave your Sheytan out. Leave every knowledge that you know outside. Those who are listening on the computer, leave your knowledge too. If you know so much then sit with your computer. Don’t listen. Those who are here who knows so much too, if you are claiming to know so much, go out, no need for you to listen anymore. If you are here to listen and to understand and to obey, to take and to apply to your life. It’s not how much you know but how much from the knowledge that you know you are applying to your life and you are living according to that.

So you didn’t understand the main beginning. Sheytan knew so much. He knew so much. And Sheytan also was doing so many deeds. You are not doing deeds. Hardly. You are doing the obligations by force. You are not doing any deeds. Any little thing that you do, you are bragging about it. Hmm. Sheytan had so much knowledge and he did a lot of deeds. He didn’t leave a handful of space on this earth that he didn’t make Sejdah. He made Sejdah everywhere on this earth. Do you think that you are going to be able to reach to that one? No you are not going to. Impossible to reach.

What are we going to do about it? How are we going to live? Sheytan was so clever that he fooled Adam (as). Smarty 21st Century’s smart ones that Sheytan put reigns around their necks and holding left and right pulling in every direction that he wants. A handful of people are exception and you don’t like them. That’s right because Sheytan doesn’t like them. How many do you think from these billions on the face of this earth like and love Sheykh Mevlana? Don’t tell me your fake love, name love. No. Are you hearing that he is speaking to you now? Or do you need a telephone? That’s right. So you didn’t reach to that love yet. So how many is there with that love in this world? You know yourself if you are one of them.

So Sheytan doesn’t like them. Sheytan doesn’t love them. Sheytan didn’t love the Holy Prophet (sws). Sheytan didn’t love any prophets. And don’t make any mistakes now. So many prophets came to this world, spoke to these people, they spent their lives speaking to these people but not a single one accepted them. So many came. That does not void their prophethood and that also does not void that they gave the message. They did their job. They are going to come to the Judgment place with not a single believer behind. So many prophets came including Adam (as). He is going to come to Judgment place finding some of his children on the opposite side and Allah (Jalla wala subhana wa ta’ala) will ask him, `Didn’t you give the message to your own children?’ He will say, `I did Ya Rabbi’. `Why are they on the wrong side? Why are they not in your own line?’ `You know Ya Rabbi’. He will say, `They are also My servants and you are My servant’.

Starting from Adam (as) He will ask every prophet. From Nuh (as) billions are wasted, from Isa (as), Musa (as) still billions wasted. Still billions are making partnership with Allah (subhana wa ta’ala) with Isa (as). Who knows maybe one day they will get the chance to accept Islam through some hands and who knows maybe a couple of days later they turn around and they start teaching their Sheykhs something. Who knows? The biggest knowledge that you are going to have is to know your limits. It is to know your limits, who you can say to and what you can say even if it is true sometimes. Yes, that’s what Islam is teaching. That’s what the Holy Prophet (sws) is teaching. That’s what Allah (Jalla wala subhana wa ta’ala) is teaching, if you learned Quran-e Kerim so much.

Allah (subhana wa ta’ala) was sending Musa (as) to Firaun and He was giving warning to Musa (as) saying, `Be tolerant. Talk to him nicely. Don’t be upset with him. Have patience’. And Allah was giving power to Firaun and he was overcoming the power of Musa (as) and Musa (as) was knowing that it is Allah who is giving that to him. If that happened to you today, of course, what are you going to say? You’ll say, `Sheytan is giving power. He became Sheytan’. Today some Murids are saying to their Sheykh that he became Sheytan. And that’s exactly what Allah is teaching through these ayats to mankind and Musa (as) was coming and saying things to him. What Musa (as) was saying, weren’t they the ayats of Allah? Say. Yes. He was speaking the ayats of Allah to him and Firaun was challenging him and was showing otherwise. And he even made the river of Nile to run backwards. Still running backwards. Maybe Mahdi (as) will fix it. Yeah, he is going to fix all things that are left that way. Yes.

So, Allah (Jallah wala subhana wa ta’ala) will question His prophets saying, `They are Myservants too. Did you give them the message?’ Asking every one of them. `Yes Ya Rabbi’. Then He will say to them, `Who is your witness?’ To the prophets, saying, `Do you have any witnesses to show?’ And they will say, `Yes, Ya Rabbi. The Nation of Muhammad (sws). Ummati Muhammad.’ This is the foundation. So much knowledgeable ones that are learning through computers and internet. Prophets are going to keep you as a witness. What are you going to do when Allah is going to ask you? What are you going to say? Too smarty ones to say, `I wasn’t living at that time, in the Isa (as) time.’ Or, `I wasn’t living in the time of Musa (as).’ Or `I wasn’t living in the time of Adam (as).’ What are you going to say? You are the Nation of Muhammad (sws).

So the biggest knowledge for a man, what was it? To know his limits. Not to pass beyond his limits. When you pass beyond your limits you become the worst ignorant and Sheytan is then dancing with you and you think you are dancing on the right side. But you are dancing on the left side and even Sheytan is laughing at you then. That’s what happened to this nation.

So wake up to yourselves because there isn’t that much time left. Smartiness is not going to continue too much. Check yourself. Look at yourself, what is the progress that you did today? Allah Jalla wala gave you another 24 hours. You lived 24 hours. Check your book and look what you did today. Check your book, look and understand how many steps you went forward, how many steps you went higher, how many steps you kicked sheytanic things away from you, how many bad things you got rid of and how many good things you picked up? You will understand then. You will understand where you are. If you don’t understand now then wait a little bit. When this electricity is going to go down, which is coming very soon, your computer is going to go away, your telephone is going to go away. Your books are not going to be readable. What are you going to read then? What are you going to know then? If I ask you what you ate yesterday, you don’t know. What are you going to know then?

So, know your limits. Don’t pass your limits because you are damaging your own self. Nobody else. Adam (as) came. He spoke to his own children. He said to them what is right and what is left, what is Haqq and what is Batil, what is Halal and what is Haram. He said to them. Those who didn’t like to hear what is Halal and Haram rose against their father saying, `We do as we like. We are free.’ He said to them, `You cannot do as you like. You are not free. You have a Lord who created you and you are under the obligation to hear and obey. And you must hear Him through me.’ That’s what he said to them. `You cannot hear your Lord but you can hear Him through me’. Same arrogance they did saying, `Why not? You are just like us. You are made out of bones, meat and blood. What’s the difference?’

Just like this evil system, democracy system taught every one of you to see the king and the porter in the same category, to see the prophets and the maids in the same category. That’s what this evil system is showing. That’s what the ego likes. Take the porter and make him the king to see what happens to the kingdom the next day. Oh you don’t have to do that. You already did it. You already did it smarty, smarty tube babies. The Boston tube babies did it. These western people did it. They removed every stone where it’s holding. They touched every secret. They are about to touch a couple of more and the whole world is about to crush on their heads and on all those who are following those western ideologies.

Come out from it. Come out from that sickness. That is a big sickness. Don’t touch the untouchables. Don’t try to remove what Allah put. Learn how to be an obedient servant to Allah Jalla wala. If you want to touch then show more Taqwa. Show that your Taqwa is better. Become a better servant to Allah Jalla wala. Not talking, not bragging, not writing, not sharing, show Taqwa to Allah Jalla wala subhana wa ta’ala. Definitely, He is going to put you forward. Yes, He is not separating His servants. But He is saying, `Those ones who have Taqwa are in the frontlines’. You want to be that one? Move. Go ahead.

So, we are living the worst days, the worst times. And I am very happy about it in reality. I am seeing and I am getting very happy about it. I am very sad for so many people but I  am very happy about it because it is the last days that this tyranny is going to be finished. What is tyranny? A man who doesn’t know his limits. That one is a tyrant. That one is a tyrant to himself and to others. Definitely. Males and females, those who don’t know their limits are tyrants. Yes.

When it comes to females, even if you know, you are not allowed to speak too much, especially to the males. From where you got this sickness? I am watching all the time. Females giving khutbas now. It came from where? 1400 years of Islam. 1400 years. Such a thing like this never happened. West interfered and now in western countries I am finding some heads rising. Some women’s heads are rising. And they are even giving Khutba and they are even making Juma prayer. They are leading the prayer. And some women are admiring those in Islam. That is not an honor to you. That puts your honor down in the Divine Presence. Who is your role model? Hazrat Khadijah or Hazrat Fatima? Hazrat Ayesha? Which one is your role model? Or Rabiat-ul Adawiya? Hmm? Alawiyya. Every woman is talking about that. Do you know what that one did? How much you know about it? You don’t know. Yes. You don’t know. Only thing you know is what the western books are writing. Not the eastern books. Not the books in Baghdad. But the books in Baghdad now are destroyed. Yes. But the real knowledge is never destroyed. It’s passing through heart to heart.

So, soon this technology is going down. All that fake knowledge is finishing, disappearing. The fake ones are going to appear nowhere. Watch yourselves. Undrstand and say, `Astaghfirullah Ya Rabbi’. You broke your Tawbah. You became a tyrant to yourself. Say, `AStaghfirullah’. Say astaghfirullah because the Bera’at is very near. We are in Shaban. The holiest month. Say, `Astaghfirullah Ya RAsulullah. I broke my promise to you’. Say,`Yes, I broke my promise to you. I broke my promise to Allah. And under the name of Allah and His Prophet (sws), under the name of religion I am just making confusion 24 hours a day’. Say. Otherwise, in your Bera’at the pen is writing something else. So you have one year that they may lock you in and you may become worse. But you don’t have that much luxury. Who knows what’s happening this Muharram. Who knows what’s happening this Hajj. Who knows what’s happening. Awliya knows. We don’t know. But if you have a drop of knowledge in Islam then your heart must sense something. Yes. And something great, big is about to happen.

But the Muslims are still sleeping. The Muslims are looking at the mirror and they are seeing themselves so giant. From the other side they try to show that they are so humble. But they are not. So wake up to yourselves. This is a warning to you and to me. This is the month of Shaban. In the month of Shaban there has never been sohbets like this before in 1400 years. In this last 100 years it has to be like that because Islam, the Muslims are running toward the wrong direction. They are not running toward Islam. They are not running toward the Prophet (sws). They are not connected to the Prophet (sws). Their love to the Prophet (sws) is a lie. You love the Prophet (sws)? How many Salawats are you giving a day? Count the words that you speak that are Malayani, nonsense and curse words and tell me that they are not more than the Salawat that you are giving to the Prophet (sws) and you are going to find that it is more and I am going to call you a liar, not loving the Prophet (sws) because you are speaking words that Allah and His Prophet (sws) has banned you, has forbidden you.

Allah’s Prophet (sws) is saying to you, `The sign that Allah does not love an individual is that the individual is busy with Malayani, with a knowledge that doesn’t concern him and her’. That is a sign that Allah doesn’t like him or her. This is what the Prophet (sws) is saying. So are you still going to claim lies? You are going to say words like that more than Salawats to the Prophet (sws) and you are going to say that you love the Prophet (sws)? Hmm.

You didn’t hear this way before I guess. Now you are hearing. You and me, we are hearing because we don’t have too much time. Your time is running for Dunya. Dunya’s time is running to an end. You’ve never had time for Dunya because you were never created for Dunya. You have been created for Allah subhana wa ta’ala. Not only you have to find yourself while you are in it today, you had to find it yesterday too. You had to find, yes, you have to find your own originality. You have to know the day that you came to the womb of your mother. So much knowledge that you know, yes. So where is the knowledge? Only thing that you see? Only thing that you are watching on the television? Is that the knowledge? But that knowledge is here. That knowledge is in Dunya.

Allah subhana wa ta’ala is saying to the children of Adam (as), `I am giving you the authority and the powers of the skies and the earth.’ How much are you taking fromthere? This is for those people who are claiming that they know knowledge, who are giving Fatwa back and forth, who are talking nonsense back and forth, who are lying and cheating to themselves. Yes.

So, not only as individuals today but as communities and as groups Islam is running towards the direction that Sheytan and the sheytanic ones want. This weekend there was also another conference that went on. Majority of Muslims went for hotels for vacation for a couple of days, living just like unbelievers, talking about Islam. But everything that they are doing they are copying the unbelievers. How much that conference is going to help, to the ones that are making it and the ones who are attending? I’ll tell you how much. It’s going to make them become more sheytan, to run away more from Islam, from real Islam, from the teachings of the Holy Prophet (sws).

Yes, that’s what the Holy Prophet (sws) said, `A time is going to come to my Ummat in the Ahir Zaman, when you are going to tell them that this is hadith, they are going to say, `We don’t know if it is. So we take only the Quran.” That’s what happened. He said, `Worse is going to happen to them, those who are going to claim that they know the teachings of the Prophet (sws). When you are going to say to them, `This is banned, this is forbidden by Allah and His Prophet (sws)’, they are going to say to you, `I am not seeing it in the Ayats’. And the Holy Prophet (sws) is saying, `I am swearing’. And who can you swear by? Only Allah. And he is saying, `I am swearing that I have put more laws than the open Ayats that are coming. There are hadith and I have banned more things from this Ummat with the authority that Allah subhana wa ta’ala is giving me for putting laws. And I put laws. But they are going to deny every one of them.’

Is that what’s happening today? Tesettur – covering yourself up, it is to cover your beauty, it is to cover yourself from the Haram. It’s not to make yourself beautiful to run in the streets. Oh, what about the half-time Muslims? Part-time Muslims? When they are coming to the Masjid they are covered but when they are in the streets they open everything

`Sheykh, how can you speak like this to us? You are bothering us. You are hurting our feelings.’

Something else is about to happen to you. So let me just hurt your feelings now. Maybe you will wake up a little bit. Maybe you will come to your own senses to understand what kind of black hole you have fallen into and Sheytan is just pulling you in. And you are still thinking that you are the best ones in Islam? No you are not.

So wake up to yourselves. This is the month of Shaban. You should have felt. If you have so much love for the Prophet (sws), you should have felt the pain that the Prophet (sws) is going through. So you will not, you should not be happy about it. Yes. You should have felt when the Holy Prophet (sws) is looking at this Nation 24 hours a day and he is seeing that this Nation is running 24 hours a day into the darkness, you should have felt. But you don’t. So you are just fooling yourselves. Not here, you can say it there, you can go to the Prophet’s (sws) tomb, you can open the tomb and enter in it if you want, you don’t see it that way. You have to feel it here.

So wake up to yourselves. The month of Shaban is always coming with so much blessings and Rahmat. Which ones are you taking? Think and understand. Fool the whole world but don’t fool your own self. We just passed the n night of Miraj some days ago and understand what the Prophet (sws) said. He just went to Miraj and he came back and when he came back he said what he had seen in the Miraj. And he was crying for this Nation but you are not crying for your own selves because you became Firauns. You don’t feel anything. How are you going to cry? You are not feeling anything. You became a stone. Your hearts became just like stone. Your love disappeared. There is no love. Love will make you cry. Love to Allah and His Prophet (sws). Yes. Then you look at every living creature with different eyes, different love, to every living creature.

So wake up to yourselves. We are living the last days. Either be a problem or be the solution of the problem. You can do only one thing. Yes. Run and ask forgiveness. It doesn’t matter who you are and what you are. It doesn’t matter how much you know.

`Oh Sheykh, what about you?’

This is a new question coming all the time. Yeah, what about me? I’ll tell you what about me, what about the sheykhs. The Holy Prophet (sws) is saying, `I am making Astaghfirullah at least a100 times a day’. Yes. And I am making at least 1000 times a day. So what about you? What about those who are pointing fingers at others? How much are you making? Sincerely. What are you holding on to? Does the sky open in front of you? Does the earth open in front of you and you are seeing it. Definitely not because if you did then you cannot be in this heedless station. You cannot be that heedless. You cannot be that much in Ghaflat. Then you will cry definitely. So you lost the crying, you lost the feeling.

That’s exactly what happened in the first Jahiliya time. That’s exactly what happened to the ignorant people who all rose against the Prophet (sws). When he came to them and said to them, `Don’t be ignorant and arrogant. Leave this and turn to Allah’. They said to him, `Who are you to put laws on us? We are going to live as we like.’ That’s what happened to them. They lost every feeling. Their hearts became stone. They were not feeling anything anymore. That’s why they were burying their own children. But their hearts became stone. They had no feeling. That’s what happened to you. Check yourself and understand what you didn’t change for this Dunya. You will understand. Yes.

So, this is the second Jahiliya time and the Holy prophet (sws) is saying that `The second Jahiliya is going to be worse than the first one because in the first one at least when they didn’t know, they knew that they didn’t know. And they sat, they listened and they learned. But in the second Jahilya they are not going to know. They are going to fill themselves up with so many wrong knowledge which is not going to give benefit to them and they are going to think that they know so much and they are not going to listen to nothing and nobody. They are going to think that they are in the frontlines of Islam. But they are just like the arrow that enters inside the animal and comes out from the other side. They are going to enter Islam just like that and coming out from the other side. They are still going to claim that they are the best ones’.

And Allah is saying (Jalla wala subhana wa ta’ala), `Oh you who came, after accepting the truth, after accepting Islam, are you going out again?’ Who is He saying that to? Allah is saying that Ayat to who? To the unbelievers? To Kafirs? Or to the Muslims? Saying, `After accepting you are going out again?’ Sit and think a little bit.

And what is the biggest knowledge? The biggest knowledge is for a man to know his limits. And when you finish there, step on your ego and go find somebody, ask and learn the knowledge that you don’t know. Don’t open books and computers because Sheytan knows so much better than you. Sheytan put so much game in that. Just taking one word out and destroying the whole meaning of the teaching of the Holy Prophet (sws). You don’t have the vision to see. Yes, the Holy Prophet (sws) us saying, `Be careful from the vision of a believer’. But you don’t have that vision to see which one is taken out and which one is not. And you need to go to find somebody, to hear, to sit, to understand and to do.

Din-i Nasihat. The Holy Prophet (sws) is saying, `Din is Nasihat. It is Advice.’ The Prophet (sws) is giving advice to his Nation. Allah Jalla wala is giving advice to mankind through His holy books, through His prophets. The Awliya Allah are humbling themselves and they are saying, `Our way is association’ because the Prophet (sws) is saying Din-i Nasihat. The prophets give advice. The Awliya Allah are saying, `If you do this, it is good for you. If you don’t do this, this is going to give you pain and problems’.

Yes, take it any way you want and do anything you like. You can claim that you know the best. You can run forward. If the permission is not given to you, maybe one day it will be granted to you because you ran. But you will be responsible for every drop of wrong thing that you do in it too. So intelligence is to submit yourself to Allah and His Prophet (sws) and to those who are in authority. If you do, you will win for yourself. If you don’t then Allah is not losing. His Prophet (sws) is not losing. Abu Jahil didn’t submit himself and all those that got fooled by Abu Jahil didn’t submit themselves to the Prophet (sws). The Prophet (sws) didn’t lose. They did. So many Abu Jahils came to this world. So many dajjals came.

We are living the last days. We are living the days that it is about time for the grandsizeDajjal, the big-size one to come out. How much do you know about that? Or the words that you read in the books? A couple of words. You think that is the only knowledge about it? Adam (as) to Holy Prophet (sws), 124,000 prophets were warning their nations from the confusion of Dajjal. And the Holy Prophet (sws) was speaking about it so much that the Sahaba-e Kiram were saying, `We thought that Dajjal was behind the date trees. When the Prophet (sws) leaves the world, he is going to come. He was giving us so many warnings about it.’

Over 1400 years passed on top of it. Definitely he did his kingdom everywhere now. He is working. He is working inside the Muslims. He is working inside Muslim groups. He is working inside the Christians, Jews and everyone. He is taking over. Watch what you are doing and who you are and which side you are on. What is Sheykh Mevlana saying? So many saints came and gave that warning to us. Understand who is Sheykh Mevlana. Sheykh Mevlana is saying, `Those who are following me will divide into three groups. One group will become martyrs. The second group will betray.’ Watch to see and understand how much you are holding on.

`Oh Sheykh, we are holding very tightly. Don’t you know we are talking, we are going and visiting?’

Not that way. Or hold on tightly to those who are holding on tight. Your little brain cannot understand those ones, what is their submission. That’s how Dajjal and Sheytan will fool you then. Submission is not only through words.

So wake up. Understand something and apply to your lives and be sincere to yourselves one time to say, `Well, I don’t have to understand everything. Everything that appears this way doesn’t have to be the truth.’ You are saying all the time the wrong side. Say the right side too. Say one side. `Appearing to me to be the truth. Maybe that is not.’ Then maybe something opens up to you. Maybe you come back to your senses. Maybe you will understand then that, `Well, these are the people that we met some years ago. Almost the same attitude. It didn’t change.’ Who changed? You changed. Look how much you changed. MashaAllah. Some changed. Oh, don’t feel bad about it. Feel good. Some changed to what? From being Kafirs to Muslims. Say to yourself, `Once upon a time I was a Kafir. I was an unbeliever. Now I am not. So I changed. And what is my change going toward? How much honor am I giving to that Shahadat that I have taken? How much am I working on it? How high am I holding that Shahadat? How strongly am I holding that Shahadat? Or any wind that is coming it’s moving me left and right?

Check yourself and you will understand. You don’t need anybody to tell you something in reality. Learn that part. Later you are going to understand and later you are going to come with different questions. Definitely some things are going to start working. Not only with what you read in the books, you are going to come to ask, you are going to ask some things that you are going to experience that you are not finding answers for it. If you are not asking then you are not going through the experiences. You are going through illusions and delusions maybe but not experience. Because if you are going through experience then definitely you are going to go to ask. The prophets did, all Awliya did.

So, we are living the last days on the face of the earth. You are waiting for Mahdi (as). I don’t know why you are waiting. I don’t know what’s your plan in that. I don’t know what’s your aim in it. What is your expectation? But I have seen people. They have sat just like this. They were waiting for Mahdi (as). They are still waiting for Mahdi (as). They are still sitting like this. They don’t have a clue about Islam. I found them somewhere. I renewed their Shahadat. I taught them some things. And I even made them vekil. And they couldn’t wait for Mahdi to come. And one day I said to that one, `Why can’t you wait for Mahdi (as) to come. Why is it that there’s so much thrill in your heart, so much passion in your heart that you are waiting for this Mahdi?’ He said, `Sheykh, I am going to stop working in the gas station’. And a couple of more things. I say that I don’t get shocked and surprised but I do sometimes. People surprise me. He was sincere 100%. I said, `You have to wait for Mahdi (as) to stop working at the gas station? So anybody who is going to stop you from working at the gas station is a Mahdi to you, even if it is the wrong one’. And that’s exactly what happened to him and he is no longer around. But I am talking with the same attitude.

So wake up to yourselves. Wake up, please, to your own selves. First save your own selves. Then if you think that you have so much then you have so much family members to save. So much. If you think that Islam is so great, leave arguing with me. If you think that you learned something in Islam, leave me in my own world. Go be influence to those who are not Muslim right now. Pull them. Every one of them that you are going to pull into Islam, I am going to kiss your feet 24 hours. And that is an honor to me to do that. I will not hesitate in front of the world to do it. Anybody that you are going to pull out, not those that I became a reason for them to come to Islam. Some are just working on me these days thinking that they know better than me. Then I am saying to you that you have so many family members. Those who were Muslims before and those who came to Islam. You have so many family members that they are everywhere in mess. I am thinking about them but you don’t. And if you learned so much then go to those ones. Help those. Look how much more I have to give to you then. But you are not carrying what is yours. Sheytan is fooling you that way definitely. Definitely it shows now that you are not working for Rahman, you are preparing yourself for Dajjal. Yes. Because definitely Dajjal is going to show so many unusual things that it’s not even been heard of yet. It’s going to shake so many. It’s shaking so many already.

If you want, go back to the sohbets I made 10 years ago, you are going to find these same words in some of them. If you want, go back 20 years ago and you are going to find the same words that I said about Dajjal and Mahdi (as). If you want, go back to when I was 20 years of age. Ask those people what I said. They will tell you. From the main structure I didn’t move. But sometimes I just move out like this to take you out from that mess to bring you in. Yes. I come out from my own way deep to grab you to pull you inside here. That’s what’s happening.
